Newsletter: The chamber has a monthly newsletter which has a mailing of approximately 560. Insert your 8 1/2"x11" flyer into our monthly newsletter ($125 and 560 copies of the flyer). Sponsors are also thanked in the newsletter and featured on our website.

Flyers: The chamber also sends a mid-month flyer mailing including information about upcoming luncheons, events etc. Insert your promotional flyer for $125 - and 560 copies of the 8 1/2"x11" flyer.

Community Guide: This quality of life reference targets newcomers and people considering relocation to our area. It provides information on education, housing, health care, demographics, community events, city map, directory listing of all chamber members, and recreation - all of the things that go into good living. Over 18,000 community guides are distributed annually. Display ads purchased in the publication reach thousands of prospective residents, as the publication is distributed at the chamber and by mail in response to telephone and written inquiries.

City Map: Every two years the chamber produces a city map which provides valuable information to area visitors, residents, tourists, businesses, and newcomers. Display ads are available on the map, which reaches thousands of potential customers and clients.

Display Your Business Information - Free: The Chamber houses a variety of visitor information which includes member brochures, business cards and community information. Visitors frequent the Chamber office and will have immediate access to your brochures/business cards when displayed.

Site Visits & Ribbon Cuttings - Free: Starting a new business in Sun Prairie or re-opening? The Chamber can help you network with our 30+ Ambassadors and promote your business with a site visit or ribbon cutting.

Weblinks and Business Directory Listing - Free: Our website averages 180,000 hits per month with over 2 million hits in 2009. Chamber members automatically receive a free listing on the business directory and a free website link in our "weblinks". Help us help you by giving us the current information for your business. Another benefit of links to other sites is that it is one criteria that can increase your listing with search engines for help in marketing your site.
