Sun Prairie has emphasized diversified growth as evidenced by the healthy mix of commercial, residential and industrial development. The City has developed a plan for the West Side of Sun Prairie, a downtown revitalization plan and their Master plan 2020. Several multi-faceted developments are underway in Sun Prairie that include single family homes, multi-family homes and a commercial/retail business mix.
