Sun Prairie Business Park

The Sun Prairie Business Park, at approximately 300 acres, is one of the largest business parks in Dane County.  The park - currently home to over 40 businesses employing over 3,000 people - owes it's success to careful planning, exceptional landscaping, restrictive covenants and an attractive, highly visible site along US Highway 151.

Many building sites are still available in the park thanks to several expansions in recent years.  Click on the 'Commercial Property' selection on our browser bar to view available property.
Most available sites are already serviced with gas, electricity, sewer and water.  The business park is located at the northeast edge of the city near the Bristol Street interchange with US Highway 151.
