We are seeking a 2nd Shift Print Production Team Members to run flexo presses in a climate controlled (air conditioned/heated) environment. Experience preferred, but not required as we will train!
The other advantage in working at WSEL is that the schedule provides for potentially a weekday being an off day which results in a 3-day weekend. Below is the current work schedules including days and hours:
2nd Shift: 4 - 10 hour days Monday - Thursday(3:30pm - 2:00am) This schedule provides for potentially a weekday being an off day which results in a 3-day weekend, however based on business needs as overtime may be required periodically.
Plus overtime as needed. (Training times to be determined)
- Operate flexo press, digital press, or narrow web press
- Meet expected production output
- Improve your work area each day
- Complete required quality and production paperwork
- Work with other shifts to keep area clean and safe
- Follow all written procedures
- Follow all Lean practices and be an active member of the team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Press experience preferred, not required as we will train
- Prior work experience in manufacturing environments
