Developing leadership skills to meet the demand of today's businesses.
The primary goal of RISE is to harness the energy and ambition of young professionals to maximize their involvement in the business community. The group intends to accomplish this through professional development seminars, leadership development activities, and social networking events that seek to engage our ‘creative class’ of individuals age 21-40.
Thirteen working professionals will begin the Leadership Sun Prairie, a program for emerging leaders, which provides exclusive training to increase local leadership throughout the non-profit, private and government sectors.
Together with Madison College, a short and impactful Leadership Development Series has been created, highlighting the latest skills and behaviors associated with some of the most common leadership practices and competencies.
